Delivery
All orders are posted on a Monday (except in December when orders are post regularly). Estimated delivery times are from the point of postage not from order date, and may vary. Please contact us for International postage rates or urgent orders.
Returns
Full-price items can be returned within 28 days; sale items within 14 days. Items must be in resalable condition. Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
Cancellation Rights
UK/EU customers can cancel orders within 14 days of receiving their goods. To cancel, email us at hello@tyclai.com.
Location rates & shoots
Commercial photography or company affiliation at Tŷ Clai is only allowed with prior agreement.
Tŷ Clai is available for bookings as a location for brands and individuals. Please contact us for rates and conditions if interested in commercial use.
